Frequently asked questions.

Getting Started

Everything you’ll need to know to begin

No. We are not public adjusters, and we do not act on your behalf with the insurance company. We are independent consultants who create professional Xactimate estimates, sketches, and scopes that you can submit directly to your insurer. This helps you retain full control — and full payout — without giving up a percentage

Yes, absolutely. Most insurance adjusters welcome detailed, well-organized documentation. Our estimate packages help you present your claim professionally, using industry-standard formatting and pricing (Xactimate), just like they use internally.

We can’t guarantee results, but in many cases, our clients receive higher settlements than what was originally offered — simply because they submitted a more complete, clear, and accurate scope of work. The key is documentation — and that’s our specialty.

Most estimate packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after your walkthrough or photo submission. Rush service (48 hours) is also available.

Most asked Questions

Committed to work for our clients.

That can happen. If your insurer disagrees with a line item or value, we can revise or adjust the estimate for a flat fee. You’ll also be equipped with talking points so you can explain each part of the scope confidently.

We offer both virtual walkthroughs and on-site visits within the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll be guided through what to document if a virtual review is needed. Site visits can be added for an extra fee.

Contractor quotes are often vague, inconsistent, or informal. Our estimates are built using Xactimate, the same software used by most insurance companies. This ensures your scope is detailed, accurate, and recognized by adjusters — reducing back-and-forth and speeding up approval.

We’re powered by Belo Consulting Inc., with over 20 years of experience in construction and property estimating. We’ve worked with homeowners, property managers, and restoration companies — and we know how to speak the insurance company’s language, without being part of their system.
